Our mission is to perfect an already familiar idea - save Quickbooks users time and money by automatically moving Stripe data to their accounts
We’re making it our explicit purpose to integrate Stripe and Quickbooks in the most efficient, accurate, and user friendly way possible so we created an interface that asks you a few questions and then does the hard work for you. It’s accurate and reliable too, with 8 months of testing in the field by accounting firms to make sure it meets professional standards.
We do a few unique things that we think are really neat.
- Separated Stripe fees
We love separating your Stripe fees from each transaction in Stripe. We take these fees and sort them into an expense account (or whatever account you want). No need to go back into your books and take a certain percentage out of each transaction – we do it for you.
- Stripe Refunds imported
As far as we can see we’re the only service that can pull your Stripe refunds into Quickbooks Online. Period. Give it a try, it makes our founder Andy happy to see those refunds go through successfully.
- Import customized Quickbooks profiles
We grab the specific accounts and tax rates from your user profile (because your Quickbooks Online is special, and we like it that way).
- Transparent reporting
We create daily reports so you can see exactly what is coming out of Stripe and everything that goes into your Quickbooks Online account
- Moving data is easy
Getting started is a ridiculously simple process:
- Connect your Stripe and Quickbooks Online user accounts
- Select the data you want sent over.
- Tell us what Quickbooks accounts you want the data placed in (IE: expenses, accounts receivable
- Click the "save changes" button
